I’ve conceptualised advertising campaigns. I’ve come up with promotions. I’ve designed events and brand parties. I’ve written and recorded radio, and I’ve written and shot TV. I’ve run Focus Groups, and I’ve run Word of Mouth Marketing Campaigns. I’ve extracted consumer insight for strategy development. I’ve run Consumer-driven New Product Development campaigns. I’ve run educational workshops for big corporates on the changing media landscape, and how best to use it. I’ve been paid to tell people how facebook works. I’ve been paid to use products – old and new, cosmetic, clothing, FMCG consumables, software – etc etc, and tell my friends what I thought of them. I’ve been paid to give my opinion on products in the world that I like. I’ve been paid to take photos, and I’ve been paid to have fun. I’ve been paid to tell people in writing what I’ve been paid to do.

I’ve worked across the following categories: financial services, FMCGs, mobile service providers, broadcasting communications strategy, tobacco, alcohol, airlines, business-to-business, new media, private security, fast food, market research, confectionary, design and new product development.

I currently work as a copywriter. When I’m not swimming in cocaine, throwing TVs out of windows and rolling in a pile of free products, I take on freelance projects depending on whether they are interesting / high-paying / relevant to my interests / progressive / pioneering / funny.
